I had one felony charge when I was on a hunt for a lawyer. Finding a good lawyer who is going to represent you is not the easiest.
I met with three other lawyers before I met with Gary Churak and the moment I sat down with him I knew he was the one who was going to represent me for charges that I didn't commit. I got a phone call from Gary after him being in court to let me know that my case was dismissed. I am beyond grateful for Gary’s expertise in law and finding all the facts.

I was great to have met Gary Churak. I was going through a situation with my neighbor where she was claiming I sexually assallted her. I when to the Law Offices of Gary Churak and he explained to me the pros and cons of what could happen. With the information he provided I knew this was not going to stand with the Detective on the case because I knew I was innocent. Gary and I met with the detective on the case and she closed out the case and it did not go any futher. Thank You Gary for your service and time you took on my case.

We are extremely happy we found Gary Churak! Today 12/20/18 Gary and his wonderful assistant had our Dogs Serious bodily injury case dismissed. We had lost all hope in getting our fur babies back from ACS they made it feel like it was impossible to get them back home. Someone trespassed into our property while our kids were playing outside with our dogs. He got bit jumped my fence to get out. ACS said it got turned into a serious bodily injure case and we could “owner surrender” or go to court. Where the would deem them as dangerous or they would be put to sleep. Thankfully I found Mr. Churak 2 days before our court date and we WON!!!
Our dogs are not deemed dangerous nor did they get put to sleep. Couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas gift. Our children are very happy to have the fur siblings home too
